Retainer and deposit requirements are established at file acceptance, ensuring your firm's capital is protected from the first point of contact.

Brief Merit Screening
Designed for rapid, high-utilization case assessment to determine whether a file warrants the investment of full litigation capital.
What's Included: A targeted review of core clinical events, identification of major standard-of-care deviations, and a definitive case assignment on our proprietary Naturally Natasha™ Medical-Evidentiary Risk Index (NN-MERI™).
Rate: $1,500 flat fee per file.

What's Included: A meticulously organized, hyper-indexed timeline detailing clinical encounters, provider actions, and chart anomalies — anchored by the NN-MERI™ Executive Dashboard to guide targeted discovery recommendations and deposition mapping.
Rate: $2,500 flat fee (covers up to 500 pages of total submitted records).

Overage Rate: Pages exceeding 500 are billed at $0.50 per page of the total submitted record.

Terms: A 50% deposit is required at file acceptance, with the remaining balance and any page overages due prior to final work product delivery.
Forensic Chart Auditing & EHR Metadata Analysis

What's Included: Cross-examination of documentation timelines, audit trail anomaly identification, retroactive entry detection, and clinical protocol compliance mapping.

What's Included: Objective auditing against MCG and InterQual medical necessity criteria, institutional healthcare metric alignment, and commercial or government payor compliance verification.

High-stakes clinical consulting providing the forensic intelligence that equips counsel to effectively cross-examine defense experts, treating providers, and hospital risk managers.
What's Included: Customized clinical pivot-point analysis based on EHR vulnerabilities, deposition preparation support, and targeted question-line development designed to expose institutional documentation gaps and standard-of-care deviations.
Rate: $300 per hour minimum.

Terms: A minimum 5-hour upfront retainer ($1,500) is required prior to any file review, deposition preparation, or consultation. Rate is subject to adjustment based on case complexity and timeline requirements.
Expedited Turnaround
Engagements requiring delivery in under five (5) business days from the receipt of complete files are subject to an expedited rush fee of 50% in addition to the standard rate (totaling 150% of the baseline fee). Rush availability must be confirmed at intake and is not guaranteed.

The underlying scoring methodologies and analytical framework constitute protected intellectual property of Naturally Natasha™ Consulting and Naturally Natasha LLC.
All engagements require the formal execution of a Clinical Consulting Agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) prior to file acceptance. All data transmissions must occur through our secure, HIPAA-compliant encrypted channels.
